Very expensive comparing to similar photo shops !

Unreasonably expensive!If you can , rather to avoid this shop.It is quite pricey for no reason!We have noticed they are charging for different people different prices.

Very friendly and professional. They assisted us even though it was very short notice from our side and went out of their way to help us get what we needed. Thank you Trevor for your excellent service and fast response.

Got some passport photos done, was quick and easy

The staff was quick at her job, and did a well job.

Its a nice place to print photos.

Had a frightening experience in this shop, I was served by a young lady who asked me what I wanted, i said i wanted three pics on my cell phone photo copied, three in black and white three in colour, she informed that it would cost R150, i expected it to be cheaper as how much can a black and white copy be, i said what can i do, there were only two people attending to a shop full of people, wanting jobs done, eventually the pics where aviable after being emailed to the computer, i waited and said could i pay so long as i had been there almost two hours and had another arrangement, I almost fainted when I was told it was R750, I freaked as that would leave me with R306 for the rest of the month, she went and got the A5 photo in colour, I said to her this is not what I asked for, I wanted photo copies not photographs, as I was going to paint the people in oil paint, so what did I want photos of them for, I feel ripped off and destitute with photos that I don't need and house bound till I get paid, I will never set foot in that shop ever again, disgusting service, I will make sure I go to Balgourpark where there are enough staff that listen to what you ask for, not a sneaky person who tells you R150, if she said R150 per copy I would have immediately asked what for that's not what I want or can afford, a very poor show.

I wouldn't recommend this Kodak Express branch. The owner/manager of the branch was unhelpful and somewhat rude, possibly their bad day. They further don't inform you of their no return policy, so make sure you know this when making a purchase. Prices are considerably higher than other photography stores
