Warning - Fraud - Take careThe store has closed (has it ever existed??) and I have lost all the money I paid by Visa - R 15700. They told me that the furniture would be delivered just before Christmas - and that already had departed Pretoria but they have never arrived in George .Firnic does not answer telephone or e-mail.We are now in contact with an attorney who will liquidate the company so we can get our money back.

can't get through by phone!! bad business ethics

Good-day I went to their premises today on behalf of a friend who had also paid a deposit" and I can confirm that the place is locked up. Apparently they have not been back since begin of Jan 2018. Has anyone had any like in tracking the owners?"

They took our payment in full in July. Now December and still no delivery or our money back as promised by Nick and Firoza ! Very unprofessional as they all ignore all our calls and e mails and even ignore our contact on their web site.

Thank you for explaining your situation with me i think you need to inform as many people as you can of how your staff member destroyed your business, name and credibility. You have ample proof that the sales person working for you over sold and promised your clients impossible deadlines and then the sales person just ups and leaves and stole a company laptop with all your business planning and structure including suppliers and all your years of hard work to go and open up a business exactly like yours calling it CAPE PATIO DOT COM, it is clear even on there website they have copied your info, you also have a non disclosure agreement signed by this sales person so i hope you clear your name, the mistake the sales person made was by making themselves a director of the company so i wish you all the best and may God help you with this terrible situation you are in i am sorry you lost everything home, car, all your goods and all you left with was your clothing you where wearing. I will pray for you both.

Everything goes well when you shopping for the furniture, but once u pay them then everything changes. Now they have your money and they have the furniture and you have to obey to to their terms. Manager/owner not interested in dealing with the customer. Rather purchase your garden items elsewhere

This company is completely useless and unreliable. My mother placed an order in September already and she still has not received her patio set!! The owner Nick keeps on promising that he will follow up and get back to us but he never does. He is spineless and won't answer his phone. I suggest that people stay away from this company.

Edit: updated 22/Jan/18.WARNING: Despite the owner replying to my review below, I have still not been able to actually speak to someone. The shop is still closed, the voice mail box is full and nobody answers emails.A week ago they sent out an email saying that they were consulting their attorneys, so I expect this company will be in liquidation soon.Avoid at all costs!Original review is below:They have disappeared with my money. Nobody is answering phone calls or emails. Heard nothing for the last month. Paid deposit over 2 months ago! Now considering legal action.
