The Google address is wrong

I wanted Party Hire People to decorate my 16th birthday party. We sent them a whatsapp to ask for more info and whether or not they would be able to assist us with our function. They replied to our first message, but ignored the rest of our conversation regarding the theme and other details.

I'd really not recommend this company. I contacted them via Whatsapp and email, 2 weeks before my event. I received a reply, saying they will send me the invoice and asked for all my details. I provided these immediately, and 2 days later had not received an invoice.I reached out again, via whatsapp, phone call, and email. No reply, but they read the messages.At this point I contacted another provider, being a week and a bit away from my event. But I continued to message them to see if they would reply. Not a word.I made multiple phone calls, sent probably 12 whatsapps (all read) and I sent two emails and a facebook message.
