The worst estate agent I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with.I’m paying R22k a month for an apartment that doesn’t have toilet paper holders or towel rails in the bathrooms, airconditioners that don’t work, among other issues, and it has been since day 1. It’s now 9 months later and issues still haven’t been even looked at. Constant promises from the first agent we had (who has since been replaced) never amounted to anything. He seemed only to care about running his sideline business.3 meetings were scheduled to inspect the problems and each time no one turned up. Not even legal threats seem to do anythingWe have a new agent from this branch now who has also not followed up.Do not deal with them unless you want to be ripped off for the entire duration of your lease. They are sharks who only want your money and couldn’t care less about you or your home. I have lived in apartments at less than half the price of this one where the agents actually treated you with respect and dignity, Century 21 doesnt care in the slightest.
