The best yoga setting- beautiful sea view, warm and light in winter; fresh in summer. Hugh adds to the calm atmosphere while taking your abilities ( or lack thereof!) in consideration.

For a yoga beginner in my mid-sixties, this was a very enjoyable session. Hugh is engaging, calm and full of expertise. The session was well-matched to my physical capabilities and Hugh’s longtime meditation experience shines through in his teaching style. Highly recommended.
