Absolutely impressed. The quality of the cakes is outstanding. It was my first time here and I'm super impressed. The cream is fresh not imitation, the sponge was so fresh i could hardly cut it. I'm hooked.

Scones for breakfast everyday, tuesday to Sunday, since u opened. Until today. When I see scones and you tell me I cant have as they are sold out, that's wrong.Rather say f... you because thats what it is.I have never seen u in my bookstore and I dont expect to. That's says it all, doesn't it?Then I went back and gave them a second chance. Nice scones.

Their Swiss rolls are delicious. Scones also really yummy. Worth a visit if you looking for something sweet, not too much variety but yummy.

The cakes were freshly baked.They have a really good special on their mini Swiss rolls too, very reasonably priced. The flavours were out of this world, fresh nuts, a burfee that tasted very authentic but not too sweet or too rich. My favourite was the chocolate" that turned out to be more a Mocha with a rich coffee taste.We also got some chocolate brownies that were extra chocolatey and complimented with nuts.Friendly service from the assistant."

Thank you Bake Factory for your quick and efficient service. I needed cupcakes urgently and called them. Within no time I was assured it will be ready. They stayed trued to their word. The staff and here are always friendly and helpful. Their Portuguese rolls and Swiss rolls are really great. They make these tasty chicken filled croissants on Sundays that make a lovely quick meal. Great value for money. I'd rather drive a little further to shop at this bakery just for the excellent customer service.
