Very well-equipped boutique gym with great trainers and a wide range of disciplines. Always clean and sanitized and they have great coffee which always helps.

I really love the atmosphere of the studio - it really made me feel comfortable right away. Emma is an amazing person and trainer - she has really helped me to better understand what I need to do in order to reach the goals I have.

Emma is like a cross between a playful fairy and a Valkyrie. Part coach, part warrior. Technically excellent and a caring companion on what for some is a hard road. She is amazing. Put your fitness goals in her hands and see them realized.
