i checked in yesterday the pool is dirty,we can't bath there is no water when they turn on the water there is no warm water,door handle broken, owner is rude..bad experience ever when we have to bath we have to move to another room to bath but still no warm water

I went there lost, looking for my friend's house because it was her wedding day. The staff there was so sweet and very helpful. They went out of their way to help me find the place. At some point one lady sat down and called people she knows asking if they know my friend. Thank you so much team Mogwase Guest House.

The owner is rude and knows nothing when it comes to customer service. They own 2 properties in the area, i was given details of the main property on my receipt upon arrival I was referred to the second property which is not what we initially agreed on. Due to the distance we were literally 5 minutes late for breakfast and the gentleman advised that he cannot do anything as we needed to be earlier. Bear in mind he was still busy in the kitchen. They inconvenience me and my partner and they couldn't accommodate us for the breakfast. The old man was just arrogant. I will never refer not even my dog to this place.
