Communication skills is really bad and their order different parts at different dates. I got my car back on the 7th of February 2020 , after two hours the engine failed again. Ever since I've been waiting for my car to come back. Is been seven month, thats to long. After my warranty, I'm no longer taking my car to action Gearbox again or recommend someone to them.

Terrible service totally unprofessional and like the other review states these guys are real chances. Definitely a no go in the motor industry. Stay away.

Car sent there for repair-- got reports on tracker car was all over so was someone using it?Also getting E toll bills while car was there so make s one think.Not happy about this.

Terrible service. Took my car in to them in 2015 till now my car has not been fixed not to mention I paid R25 000. I would never recommend this company to anybody.

WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED!!! TOOK THE CAR FOR GEARBOX ISSUE AND CAR CAME BACK WITH THERMOSTAT ISSUE. TOOK THE CAR BACK TODAY FOR THE 3RD TIME TO GET THIS SORTED! THEY SAID TO MY INSURANCE THAT THEY WOULD SUPPLY ME WITH COURTESY CAR BUT WHEN I GOT THERE THEY DIDN'T SUPPLY ME WITH COURTESY CAR! THEIR COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE SO BAD!! DO.....NOT.....TAKE.....YOUR.....CAR.....THERE!!!!

Best service I had no problems with action gearbox they offered me a lift to my safe destination and when my vehicle was done they drove to my house and took me to my vehicle... I have not had a problem with my vehicle since thank you to action Gearbox team you guys rock

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!!! THEY HAD A VEHICLE OF OURS AND JUST CLOSED SHOP FOR THE DAY WITHOUT ANY COMMUNICATION . SHOCKING SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FINALLY WE GET THE DIFF BACK AND IT IS PISSING WITH OIL - I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH HOW BAD THE WORKMANSHIP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FROM THIS PLACE - DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THIS PLACE.

After supporting action gearbox from the trade, got a special deal on my own Landcruiser gearbox. R10 000 for clutches and seal kit. When i returned the vehicle to them, vince told me there nothing wrong with the gearbox. i took the gearbox apart myself to find no new parts. After a recorded phone conversation which started off with aknowledgement of new clutches being fitted, it ended with the fact that I bought a gaurantee for R10 000 and weather they used third hand parts was not my problem.I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN.

People you need to stay clear of this place! I had them put in a new automatic gearbox on my wife's car. The same day we collected it, it did exactly the same thing. We turned around and took it straight back only to be told by the owners son that once you leave it's your problem. Long story short after all the fighting and legal it turned out that they didn't even replace the gearbox it was our original one!!!!!They did change it but only after a court order.
