The Bathrooms is closed for the last 5 months. I have reported it to the manager, and he was clearly upset that I have mentioned it to him. (I travel regularly between Kuruman and Vryburg)Told me it is not my business. It is closed because of the Covid-19.The staff told me, that pressure pumps is broken and they have to use the bushes to go to the bathrooms during the shifts.Where do I report this?

Covid-19 clearly never happened here.I was just in the biltong shop looking for some service. A staff member strolls in to assist not wearing a mask which is Firstly unacceptable and secondly none of the food is covered with a massive fan blowing onto it. Might as well throw that all away. I then ask him if you don't wears masks at Total he then ignores me and turns around to go back to the counter.If I don't wear a mask at work I get a written warning and if I did that to a client I would be fired the same day.Well done Total your doing your part here. What a joke?!!!

It was superb I loved it

One of the cleanest and nicest places on this road between Vryburg and Upington. Clean bathrooms, some of the best Biltong and overall a nice place to stop and refresh. The deli/bakery didn't seem all that nice, looked dirty and the people didn't help us. I would recommend a nice coffee machine which would really up the game of this nice oasis on a long road.

They also have overnight accommodation. I've stayed there a few times and have always had a pleasant stay and found it more than satisfactory.If they put in a swimming pool, I'll move in next door!

Poor service...Pump attendant had an attitude that I should rather drive to Vryburg instead of filling up after waiting for more than 5 minutes...Update: With my last visit the service was superb.Clean facilities and friendly staff.

Restrooms were horrendously dirty, dustbins on the basins, walls smeared with I dont know what. could only use one stall out of the five and even in that one no toilet paper. Shop's service at food couter was very bad, stood there for 10min waiting for someone to come and assist. Biltong den has zero stock...no biltong no drywors no chiliebites nothing.... so sad to think that this place was once a decent rest stop with a nice restaurant and nice and clean restrooms... rather just drive the 50km to vryburg...

Seemed they have very delicious looking pies. To bad there was no service. Waited there for a while and no staff attended me. It's not like it was busy at all. I was the only customer in the store at the moment.

For years this has been our stop along the way but today had the worst service ever. It is 19:00 on a Tuesday and we parked at the pumps. We just want to get our windscreen washed as we still had a long way to go home and can't see through it anymore because of all the bugs.After 10mins at the pumps ending up in self service, we asked one of the attendants if they work here as no one came to us to ask if they could assist (we were the only vehicle there). The attendant then said that they only fill fuel, they don't wash windscreens. Really??? What type of attitude is that? Sorry he missed out on a tip from us. We will rather go to a garage where the attendants appreciate their job and greet us with a smile and WANT to assist us.

The biltong/droe wors of this garage is one of the best in the country . Situated on the N14,approximately 40 km before Vryburg when you are heading to Vryburg/ 40 km from Vryburg on your way to kuruman.Great customers service with Truck parking and overnight pitstops.
