Came in for alignment, instructed to pay first before they checked car. After I drove out to test car and found car is still moving to one direction, returned immediately. I asked the guy to check it, he asked I park in the bay and his boss asked him to go collect food while I wait for more than 20 minutes for him to return and readjust

Very unreliable and staff are very rude, was told 2 days to fix a small air leak on a rim, 5 days later still trying to get my rim back only to have rude staff tell me they will find out what the issue is and call me back, still haven't received any call back and when I call still rudely being told the will call back with no resolution to me getting my rim back, will never use them again

Called to ask whether they could assist with a rim+wheel replacement and the 'guy' who the receptionist handed the phone to was so rude I wanted to throw up...Literally...Since when do people shout at their customers for wanting to do business with them?Absolutely shocking.Good luck...

Terrible service! Charges double for rotation and alignment. Staff shortage. No card facilities - only mentions that at the end of the transaction. I have three vehicles and I won't go there again and I will suggest no one else in Brits go there either.
