Poelanies is a well-kept guest house with a beautiful garden, clean rooms with all necessary amenities. A real gem at the center of the Free State, Reitz. The owner is thoughtful and really adds to the beauty of the place by being helpful. I also like the fact that there are directional signboards that help with finding the guesthouse easily. I really loved it and wish I had stayed longer so that I could enjoy their coffee shop.

I was on a business trip to Reitz, and we were looking for a place to have breakfast and this was the only place open before 9 AM. The service was prompt and very friendly, and the food excellent. However, their filter coffee is unbeatable! In fact, we returned later in the day, just to have another coffee.

Friendly welcoming and staff. Bathroom needs an upgrade and maintenance. We visit the coffee shop the next morning had a lovely breakfast and coffee. Very nice shop.
