Marks for construction visible on walls, looks like a construction site with no warning signs. But the food and hospitality is awesome.

Used contracter room not bad room clean bathroom ok

This place is definitely not for Business People, very low hygiene and the rooms have a smell.Though the bedding was clean and the towels as well the overall look and feel is of low Quality.

The price are crazy. Visited last week and prices were reasonable and the following week the prices are crazy high which is unreasonable. I certainly would not recommend the place to anyone based on the price changes.

Looks like a construction site, unsanitary guest bathrooms, unhygienic rooms, bath broken, shower dirty, only one plug to operate tv, dstv and wifi, so either wifi or Tv. Very very Rude and unprofessional Manager, just overall a really bad Hotel setup, would not recommend at all.

The worst experience I have ever had within the group! The manager takes his frustration out on the staff who then relay that frustration to the guest. The manager wants to inflict personal opinions on guests as to how they should spend their money. The bathrooms are in a terrible state! Shower doors falling off, shower head not being maintained as the rest of the facility. There seems to be black mold under the silicone repairs in the shower. When you order breakfast or lunch it is never prepared on time whether you're sitting down to eat or having it as takeaway. Receptionist does not communicate dietary requirements to the chef.

I've visited the restaurant on a couple of occasions and I was quite impressed with the new operation - a different vibe In a dull area, however, with the recent price hike - I've noticed R30-00 on all items - I find it quite ridiculous and an absolute rip off. The organization has certainly lost me as a regular and I'd certainly not recommend anyone to the place. I suppose 80km to and from Kathu isn't harmful anymore. The price is unjustifiable and unreasonable.
