Love it here. Did my nails here when pregnant because it's so well ventilated. Great service and friendly staff; so accommodating. I don't go anywhere else now.

Great place to pop in when travelling and get a wash and blow and nails done. Lovely service and team.

Wife went for a hair trim as her usual hair dresser is closed for the festive season.Sorbet hair dresser made a mess of her hair(cutting layers too short then no knowing how to blend), then attempted to get another hair dresser to fix the problem, when my wife refused the next test session" the 2nd staff member replied rudely with attitude "well you go and explain this to the front desk" then turns around with a fake tone and greets the next client with class... Shockingly low calibre team attitude / experience and unexpected along the Atlantic Seaboard..."

The service at this establishment is ludicrous. We arrived at 04:45 and we enquired about hair products. The weekend staff ignored us and payed no attention to what we needed. Looks like this store is meant for Campsbay individuals only...by the the attention that was given. We asked for the manager Nura and apparently it was her weekend off. I will never support your shop or branch ever again. This is beyond sad !!! Who did we use clicks..Thank you for spoiling my weekend.

Today, I went to Sorbet Drybar The Point with orange hair after trying to go blonde at another salon and I came out of Sorbet with beautiful blonde locks! I’m so happy and grateful for the lovely Robyn for making my hair look so gorgeous and making me feel so special while at the Drybar! She also gave me so many tips on caring for my hair! Such a fantastic experience!

I am really unhappy with the lack of staff competency. I went for a wash and blow out about 6 weeks ago and clearly stated that I needed my hair to be washed with a sulphate FREE shampoo due to the fact that I have a Brazilian keratin treatment in my hair. The woman did not do that and then sold me a bottle of shampoo that contained sulphates. This unacceptable for a hair salon. I then spoke to the manager on the phone about it. All she offered me was a free blowout and said would call me back after investigation. She did not. I will not go there again.

After making an appointment two months ago and specifically asking whether they will be able to do ombre acrylic nails (and they said yes) for my wedding, I arrived there today and what did they tell me? They can’t help me…I am leaving for my destination wedding tomorrow and had to make an emergency plan at 3pm. They will never see me again.

Please for the sake of your beautiful hair, don’t come here. I made an appointment for wash + blowout, and had never seen such an unprofessional staff. During the wash, the water and shampoo sprayed all over my face; she didn’t even massage the shampoo in my scalp or hair (it was literally like she was just slabbing shampoo on and then hosing it down.) The most important part of a blow dry should firstly be to dry your scalp (this is so basic my god) but instead she started with my hair, I had to tell her to just blow dry my roots and demonstrate how I would like my hair to be blown. Of course she didn’t listen or understand, in the end I had to just tell her to stop without fully having my hair dried. I paid and left and will never come back. Please train your staff professionally.
