Found a car, waiting for delivery and update my review. I received the car not clean as I was told by salesman ( very clean lady driven )number of issues; shocks damaged, reverse buzzer faulty,aircon seat, etc so don’t trust what you hear better travel and test the car. Because other faults were resolved I give them 3

In order to view a particular car I was required to pay a hefty security deposit as I am based in another province. That was the only way they would consider me as a buyer and let me view the car. The driver who brought the car through arrived over 1.5 hours late even though it was prearranged at a set time so that more than one party could be present to view and inspect the vehicle.The car was meant to be ready for handover if satisfied over all... The car was presented without all of the wiper blades fitted along with a list of other items that required attention. Based on the condition of the car you would think they would be willing to negotiate on price, but that was not the case. Because of the above I was not willing to commit to the purchase of that car.I am now battling to get clarity on when the security deposit will be returned as the owner of Hyundai L.T. who is apparently the only person who can action payment is unavailable to the general public and answers to no one / gives no feedback to staff. This means that I cannot financially action any other potential buys as I am at the mercy of a company who couldn't care to put all of the wipers on a car for presentation / hand over. A very stressful and concerning position to be in!

Poor service and technicians are not well trained on the new model cars, they kept saying no fault found on my car while my car was overheatingEven now im still waiting a call from admin lady Marina!!!!!!
