Parts are aplenty. It takes a long time to be serviced. Staff find it hard to smile and greet customers.

We have been using Matthew for ages now! He does excellent and quick work! Keeps the work space clean and is super friendly! He communicates delays or if he is able to come early and always has a huge friendly smile on his face! He is super affordable and gets the job done right the first time. Would recommend him to everyone!

We had a geyser that had stopped heating up. Matthew was a real professional - came prepared with parts for what might have been the problem, which turned out to be right. It was just the thermostat that had broke down. Matthew tested to confirm no electrical issues, before installing, and even waited a bit afterwards just to see if the geyser was warming up. No need to replace the element, and only fixed what was needed - appreciate the honesty. Matthew even kindly answered some other plumbing questions I had, and even provided some worthwhile suggestions on how to save electricity costs. Great service and experience. Matthew provided excellent service when attending to a blocked drain. Knowledgeable, polite and his attention to detail was very good - he did not leave until he was absolutely satisfied that he had sorted the problem. Fast, and reliable. Looks for the problem and fixes it. Very important: DOES not try to add on unnecessary services and charge you for them. Have used them several times and this is by far the best service I have ever received from a plumber.
