I didn't have a very good experience with Lash Lab and their communication was very poor. I tried phoning and was advised to rather send a WhatsApp. When I did, I did not receive a response to my query and when I tried calling again after two days of no response, the line was cut. I'm very disappointed by this service and consistent lack of communication :-(

Kayla is an absolute blessing to my lashes! She always delivers and do as I ask. She is the friendliest, most caring lash tech you will ever meet, despite having her plate full everyday with a fully booked schedule, she always delivers!I would DEFINITELY recommend her to anyone.
