Verna Beukes is literally the best hairdresser I have had. She cuts and dyes my hair just the way I want it. And the salon has such a feel good vibe. Really would recommend Verna for colouring she is a wizard!!!

Verna is the most talented stylist with a down to earth and approachable manner that allows the client to co create a hair cut or colour that not only takes into account age but also shape of your face and your hair's texture. I fly in from Jo'burg to have my hair done because Verna is unique and skilled in all forms of hair techniques. she is absolutely one of the best stylist in the country. I would definitely recommend her. The Lobby is the exact setting to feel at home and like you visiting friends. the assistants and other stylist are warm and inviting. check out the best view from their rooftop.

Love The Lobby experience. The best hair washes (because let’s be honest, that’s 80% the reason why I get my hair cut). Craig is also an expert and just knows how to bring my hair to life. Can definitely recommend this salon.

100% Feeling myself after the amazing Verna Beukes took my hair from sad reaaallly grown out roots to bright and beautiful Blonde highlights. Really nailed the tone - just a vibrant Blonde colour not too Yellow not to Ash - just perfect. As an added plus she is lovely and The Lobby itself a vibey and cozy spot.

I’ve been seeing Verna every 8 weeks for the past few years and she will never stop amazing me. Over the years I’ve come to trust her with my hair so much that if I’m in a hurry during an appointment I’ll just run off with towel dried hair, and not a single worry about how my color will look when once it’s dried. She really is a master of her craft. At one point I kept her business cards in my wallet as I get stopped and asked who my hairdresser is so often! :)

Second time I’ve seen Natalie at the Lobby, she’s incredible.She gave me a modern mullet that’s edgy and fun. Totally in love with it!She’s also very friendly and easy to talk to. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for shorter hair and looking for a change.
