I walked up to the machine to buy data and instead of the sales lady explaining that I have to get proper change she leaves me to insert money and the machine does not offer change or receipt to collect change inside the store. Point to management please sort this issue out as I'm sure I'm not the first and last that will have this problem.

My wife and I went into the shop to ask if they can exchange our R20 for two ten rands. The lady said in a rude manner that we need to buy something. We understood that and took a gum that was 60c to the til. She picked up the gum and said we are not able to buy a gum with R20.

I bought an ice cream and the lady literally just took her time and she didnt even serve us. We waited for 10 minutes just for a 2 scoop ice-cream. They need more people to work here because they cant be all over the place.

Wow. Online purchase. What professionalism. Thank you. I've had hightech gear that wasn't as well packed as this stuff. Nice. Almost everything bubble wrapped and they even included this amazing little bag that keep things icy cold. The order was completed and shipped out super fast. Very happy. Will support them for sure. Will pop into their shop when I go by Menlyn.

One of the ultimate sweet treats for me is the white fluff you get within a sweet pie! It's really hard to find but when I found out House of Candy stocks it, I was bursting with excitement. I couldn't believe how quickly my order arrived. Secured and packaged beautifully and couriered all the way down to Cape Town! The variations available are awesome, service on point of contact is great, follow up service is great and I highly recommend them!
