Very quiet and peaceful with lovely views of the river. Town and beach only just 5 minutes down the road. Lovely secluded pool.

Anchorage River House
René is an amazing host who made sure our stay was everything we hoped it would be. We love the Anchorage River House and the best part is the dogs, Rudi and Grace who greeted us every morning and chilled on the verandah every evening. The view of the river from the bed was the most spectacular way to wake up, something we would definitely go back for again and again!

Anchorage River House
An amazing place to unwind, relax, and have a holiday. Best of all worlds... Quiet and secluded, next to a river with plenty picnic areas and a pool, close to town, and close to the beach. The hosts are amazing people, the rooms are fitted out with both luxury and practicality in mind. I will stay here again and again!!

Highly recommend this B&B. Owners were helpful and we loved having the jack russell following us around as we explored the beautiful surroundings, milk wood trees and estuary. Accommodation was top-notch with a sleek modern feel. Close to all the attractions Stillbaai has to offer.

B&B needs refurbishing. Not clean at all . Difficult to get in because there is no intercom or bel at the gate. Do not go if you don't like dogs. They have 3

Shane and Carolyn welcomed us at the beautiful Anchorage River House.
