Very disappointed and will never go back again.I was assisted by a passive aggressive rude guy (not sure of his name) that talks over you . After they sent in my watch to Garmins head office I emailed them on the progress of my watch where they took 3 business days to replay on email . Had to call them every time once there was no response on my email . They also stated they will call me when my watch arrived back which they never did .

The best service ever! Kevin Bolton is a star and really listened to our needs and went out of his way to assist us. I would any day pay a little more just to be able to experience all the different products and have a salesman with so much patience. My wife was so glad we went there because she bought a watch that she would of never bought online and would of been unhappy with her purchase. I will only go back there for all my Garmin needs. Thanks Kevin. Was great meeting you!

Extremely helpful knowledgeable, friendly personnel, the lady in the technical/repair/help desk went out of her way to assist me with my Garmin Tactix Delta watch, resulting in Garmin replacing my watch free of charge even though it was out of warranty

The welcome and hospitality received from the Navworld Pretoria staff was excellent and will recommend them for service or purchase. I called branch on the 10th May 2023 and Lorraine took my call as I enquired about the mount and suction cup of Garmin Drive Assist51 being in stock. The part was ordered for me from another Navworld branch and it was ready for me on the morning of 11th May 2023.

NavWorld's support processes are terrible. Needed a device (Fenix) replaced under warranty. It took 13 weeks. Steer well clear if you're looking for fast and efficient service.

Was at the shop today and found it closed. We saw that we arrived after closing time.The owner saw us whilst driving by tanding by his shop. He stopped and came to our aid. Thank you so much sir. Its not the first time I had bad service. The 4th Jan I took my watch in as I wasnt sure if it had a crack in or just a deep scratch. The guy said he will order the shield and let me know.....stay away or support Navworld Malcolm....Malcolm is rom Navworld Randburg....I would rather now go to Garmin itsel to look at my watch..

Great service from them today. Phoned early the morning and they kept my order apart. We bought new garmins and traded our old ones in for a discount. My card struggled to work, and they kept everything friendly while I sorted it out. Very happy with their service and advice.
