I had a very bad experience whereby my Twitter speakers are damage,my car came back with funny sounds. The panel shop doesn't wanna take any responsibility it's only the speakers they said they will replace but they are very quiet even today.

Unfriendly, super slow, car not taken car of while there, change car parts, they re-sprayed my car and in less than 4months the paint started to worn off.

Had an accident with my vehicle on my return from Cape Town to Johannesburg. Had to leave my vehicle with these guys. They did a very good job on the repair work. Took longer than expected though I don't know if they're entirely to blame or if my insurance company also had a hand in that

I was in an accident on the 7th of November 2022, I took my bakkie to Ashlee pannelbeaters on the 30th of November 2022. They told me that it will take 1 week to fixed my bakkie. I don't live in Bloemfontein. I phone then the next Tuesday and they told me that my bakkie is not ready yet,they need a part and they must wait for the endurance to approve it,then they phone me to tell me they can't get the part. Long story, and I am still without my bakkie and they closed today and reopen on 4th of January

They gave me a professional service, nothing out of the ordinary.I have to change tune about my experience. It's been more than a month since I came here for a quotation for a dent on my car, guys, to this day I am still waiting for it. I won't start making claims as to why they haven't send me the quotation but wow. I am done with them. Will go elsewhere where my money is needed. I see they now choose who gets served.

My vehicle stayed there for a full month for repairs and ended up being returned to me without being repaired, rather broken and some parts removed.

They were extremely slow taking five weeks to fix a dent in the side of my car. They had terrible service and did not keep me informed or updated. They are very unorganized. On the date of collection my car was said to be ready but was in fact not. I had to make three trips to Ashlee that day and only on the third did I eventually leave with my car. I will never use Ashlee Panel Shop again.

Over priced rip off. Staff are friendly but management is pathetic. Est. 3 weeks for repair at 20k. A month and a half later only received vehicle and the job wasn't completed 100% then still increase final amount to 68k. Manager/owner very rude and inconsiderate towards clients.
