The sales assistants standing outside smoking while customer is looking for assistance inside the shop. When they do eventually finish smoking they have silly excuses how they can't help you now and i should come back the next day. Very bad attitude by sales. Will go elsewhere so I don't disturb your smoking.

Great place for all your golfing requirements. If they don't have it they'll get it for you and do it quickly. Chris and JP sorted me out with fitting and a great set of clubs at a really good price. I'll be back often for a restock of the golf bag.

Some off the worst service I've ever experienced. The staff just chatted behind the counter. I walked through the whole store and looked at some of the drivers and fairway woods. In the time I spend in the store not once that anyone come ask if they can assist. Will have to find another place to shop seeing this wasn't the first time

This store is very well stocked and do their damnest to find stuff if they don't have. They went out of their way to get me a travel bag on very short notice and actually phoned back twice to keep me posted, which is so unusual in this day and age. Well done, lads!

Really great service received. I am a newbie golfer and the salesperson was informative in pointing out ranges best suited for beginners to look at for a glove and shoes, they let me be while deciding and only approached when it looked like I have a question, which was spot on each time. It was a really good and pleasant experience and The Golfers Club salesperson greatly simplified something that would've been otherwise overwhelming with all the choices out there
