Excellent workmanship and honest people. Sometimes I struggle to get hold of them, and they take a bit longer than expected to get the job done. But I still send everyone there because of the quality work they do.

Don't think they have a qualified person on the floor that can service a fridge. Took my fridge in for a repair as it was not cooling anymore. Long story short, paid R800 for a regas and the fridge was still not functioning correctly. After taking it in two more times for not working correctly, they said that there was nothing wrong and the fridge was working 100%, although the temperature never went below 10 degrees Celsius.Took the fridge to another repair center and the thermostat was faulty and needed to be replaced. R800 wasted for an unnecessary regas.

Very good service. They collected our dishwasher, fixed it and returned it, all within a week. And for a very reasonable price. We definitely recommend this company.

Very poor service. Wait to long to be served . Not booking in your goods and giving you proof of your item handed in. No information given on their terms and conditions.
