Madriko 23 - Spacious Midtown Beach Apartment
Paradise at a reasonable price. The apartment is comfortable, elegant, spacious and better equipped than most homes. It is in a very secure complex with the balcony overlooking the town. It is across the road from a big supermarket and less than a minute's walk from the main beach on the Lagoon and some of Langebaan's best eateries and bars.

I only work on the premissis and do not know the service and stay, what i do know is that the caretaker really care about her work and people. She knows everone that belongs there. They are tightening on the security now for safety for their tennants in the upcoming season, that is a big positive. Love the bakery.

FANTASTIC accommodation. We parked our car and walked everywhere the whole weekend! Love the lagoon and excellent Spar just across the road. So many little shops and restaurants to enjoy.

I thoroughly enjoyed it , was recommended as a last minute stay alternative when my other accommodation fell through , the owners were such a lovely couple, very attentive and helped ensure we didn’t miss out on that much needed rest time in langebaan !!!

What a beautiful place to stay! A modern apartment that has everything what you need including basics for kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher etc. Gas braai is a wonderful addition instead of eating out all the time you can just grab some braai meat and relax on the terrace . Communication with hosts was super easy and efective. This is just a fantastic property because you are literally right by the beach walking distance for small kids and adults .

Madriko 23 - Spacious Midtown Beach Apartment
I love the lay out and finishes made to this apartment. We really felt that we had a break away from our set reality and could just enjoy the vibe. Being so close to the beach and restaurants made it even better. Who needs to drive when you can walk, give me another cocktail please.
