My son bought a skateboard 14 days ago... then it broke! The truck part snapped. We were told that he ABUSED it because there were scratches on and because it was ABUSED, it broke... and they cannot replace or repair the skateboard that was bought 14 days ago!This is why purchases should be made by more reputable retailers!

Never dealIng with these people again. The sales assistants makes empty promises until the refund period is over, then ignore any attempts to try and contact and receive what was meant to come with what I purchased. As reliable as any second hand seller on gumtree or FB marketplace.

I phoned in advanced asked them to keep the chager for me drove all the way from Kuilsriver just to find out that they sold it to someone elseI WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAINUSELESS USELESS!!!!!

absolutely terrible service. i am from Pretoria, the staff ensured me that they can ship me an expensive watch i bought from them but instead after i payed them a shipping fee they shipped me the product a week later to a location that is a three hour drive from me. now they expect me to figure out the rest of the process (i provided them with my exact location and my preferred shipping method) over a week later is still do not have the watch as i cant make the long drive.
