I was impressed right from the beginning they arrived 10 mins before the appointed time,they started by treating the stains and by the time they finished my carpets were looking new.I do recommend them and charllenge for the dirtiest carpet you may have.

NEVER EVER USE THESE PEOPLE. They 'cleaned' my four-seater couch and it was so poorly done. The couch was visibly still dirty, you could see where they ran the wet vacuum over the fabric and where they just did not touch it, the fabric is also damaged from their methods and detergents. When I complained, with photos, they said I would only get a 50% refund, so I requested the terms and conditions to see if this was their policy - just a note the terms and conditions were not on the invoice or their website. When I asked for it via their website live chat, the person on the other end refused to send them to me or even advise where I could procure them - apparently they are only available on contracts. I flipped my lid because I will now have to get a new company to come and clean up their mess, and I deserve a 100% refund. I was advised that the issue has been escalated to the DIRECTOR - Paddington. I have followed up twice asking for feedback and have been ignored. They guarantee perfection but all they guarantee is poor customer service, shoddy cleaning and taking your money.RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY:That is a blatant lie. I have been waiting 10 days for you to get back to me about my refund. I told you I did not want you to return and that I wanted my money back. So I suggest you give me my refund, and at this stage I think a 100% refund is fair. I have the full email exchange with your employee where I said I want my refund and that I have been waiting for several days for a response. Excellent service at an affordable price.Very punctual, took 1 hour to clean L-shaped 3 seater couch and they cleaned up all the mess afterwards. Happy with the outcome.

These guys are the best, the service was excellent. I liked how my couches were cleaned and handled but more so how they left the whole place clean.I would recommend them to anyone.
