USIFAST- Where is my cylinder head that was sent from George to East London?? 3 days since its been reported as missing! Waybill 734296???

Was contacted stating driver could not find the address within PE. Rush down to fetch parcel myself. Paid in full and then same as the lady did not have chance. This all happened in 2019 Aug- Sept. Today feb 2020. They arrived as above mentioned address stating to the person living at that address they my pay for said parcel. I am so upset as the drive accused me of stealing and bought my name into distribute. How dare a company state it's a COD that was not paid for. they dont have the package. They claim it was delivered yet they left without collecting the money??? I think not no driver will say sure okay we will come back for the money take your parcel. Please sort out your admin and staff.

They damaged the material and didnt even inform me. Only came to know about it after 3 working days when i called them .

They received a parcel that had to be delivered to Kirkwood. Never delivered. When we tried to call them they said that they never received it. Then we showed them the waybill that was signed by the PE branch and at that point they admitted they received the parcel.In the process I lost R24'000 worth of parts and I am facing a lawsuit by my client who had to have the parts for an urgent repair.Very-Very bad service form USIFast and they absolutely don't care about their clients. Would rather lie until they cannot get away with the lie anymore and then they simply avoid talking to the client.The case will be handed to our lawyers on 24/01/2020 since there is zero interest from USI Fast to solve the issue.

Extremely poor. Again overnight delivery of seafood to Graaff-Reinet has failed to arrive. 3 days later and still no seafood. This is not the first time either. Will never use Usifast again. They cannot be trusted..

My most recent experience was when I got a call from AutoZone Grahamstown round about 14:30 on the 18th March 2020, I.missed the call and having given an alternative number , they called my sister and told her that the guys from Unifast were here. Asking herself why didnt the guys call here themselves but none the less she quikly came down to Autozone.. On here arrival she was told that they left to for another delivery. In about 30min later i joined her. We waited for those guys till 17:10 when I realised that AutoZone staff was knocking off, one of the the staff guys came to tell us that he has been informed that the guys went back to Pe. I then asked for Unifast telephone number . I called for the lady who answered the phone to tell me that there is nothing that she can do as the guys did not have cellphones.( I ve never been shocked like that ).The next day 19March 2020.. received a call again round about 15: 50 from Your Pe offices to tell me that the guys were again in Grahamstown and she gave me the cellphone number of one of the drivers. I was still as at work to knoff at at 6, I then called the driver and he told me that they were somewhere in one of theAreas offloading. I must just tell them when Im in town. Requested a few minutes from work and I rushed to town. Called the driver and he told me that he is on his way and will be with me in 10 min . I waited for more that 20 minutes till i decided to call again citing to him that i need to go back to work. Then he said 2 minutes he will be with me. I waited again ... 2 minutes went pass till i callled again then the phone was not picked up. I called again then another man picks up the phone and told me that they were in his house trying to load a fridge and they are struggling, I then asked him to tell the guys where I was and also tell them that i was running out of time I needed to go back to work . That was round about 17:05 at that time. I then told them that i will live my brother on the same spot that i was in . Asked for the registration number of the truck gave it to my brother then i left.30minutes later i got worried , why is my brother not calling to tel me if the guys came or not. To my supprise i was told they never came. I called them again they didnt pick up the phone.. till I called the Pe office .Basically Im quite disappointed and angry. I honestly dont understand why should i be stood up for the whole 2 days . Uts not even as if they never got hold of me but they were just being selfish.This is just one company i dont wish to work with. For two consercutive days still did not have my deliivery with but people making fool of me.
