I have had the worst customer service experience of my life, since I ordered roof tiles I have been given one story after the other. The problem given is Covid19 but the order was placed over 4months ago! The worst thing is to be given a promise by the shop owner on delivery when the date comes it gets pushed to the next. When you ask for refund another promise is given on Gods name,yet no delivery no refund done! The experience has left me stressed out and will never make a mistake of ever dealing with this company!

This is the worst place to buy anything. I bought tile twice from this place and both times they delivered incorrect tiles and still expect me to pay for transportation of returning the incorrect tiles. No customer service on this place. DO NOT BUY HERE OR ELSE YOU WILL BE SORRY.
