Beau Dental Clinic

Pretty unhappy with the service here. Saturday morning (19 March) my pregnant wife had a broken tooth. I called Beau Dental and I was assured that their dentist will be able to assist, even if it's just a temporary filling, and we were told to come at 2pm.We were in the dentist's office for a total of 90 seconds.The dentist looked at my wife's tooth, said he needs written consent from her doctor before her can do the procedure because she's pregnant and high risk.He wrote us a letter and said we need to give it to her doctor and come back.Before you know it, we were out of the office and they were busy closing up shop.R400 charge to our medical aid, with no outcome whatsoever. They were closed on Sunday anyways, so what was the point of coming back?Really unprofessional service. I could have spent the time on Saturday morning to find a dentist who could help.Waste of money too.Don't bother coming here.

The doctor was patient and very understanding and the experience wasn't daunting. She makes you feel comfortable. She is passionate and genuine.

Had an amazing experience with Dr Dzingwe. Had a molar extraction. She helps you feel comfortable about the surgery, pays attention to your requestions and clarifies any issues you have. She checks up on you after the surgery to make sure you are fine
