Slow HR resolutions. You wait more than a week for an answer. Outperforming nothing.They make you waste money on traveling to them to do an assessment one day and then an interview on a separate day.

How WNS has 3 star review is beyond me. The only reason why I chose 1 star is bc it wouldn't allow me to post this review without atleast giving them a star". Please if you never made it to work at this place then you have been spared. This is the worst company you could ever work for. They want you to do the world but your life will go down working for them. Unemployed people will be in a better financial space than you. 95% of employees are unhappy

This is literally one of the worst places I have ever worked for. The nepotism is beyond me. They absolutely hate paying people there salary, and the messed up part is that they will tell you the world's things not to even gibe you a cent back at all. Please I know it's hard getting a job, but do not work for this horrible place

Friendly and scripted staff quickly lose their pleasant demeanour when given a technical problem. The use of mute as a hold function is a joke, random transfers to different departments whilst on hold"

People have different experience but as for me i would never bother to recommend anyone to work at WNS. The place is not organised , not enough seats for everyone , pay query every month , lack of communication , explotion of agents nah the place is just stressful

The worse call centre in the world, they deal with problems for British Gas.....yes I know BRITISH GAS, we have millions unemployed in the UK and they outsource here, they cannot understand anything and dont have a clue, I have been hung up on lots and given flase information offered the odd £20 to be quiet and this is the best they can do, I would not bother trying, I would just wait until you get through to someone in the UK
