Worst internet service provider in the west rand, we are lucky if we can go 7 days with any internet down time. They don't pick up their calls, reply to incidents logged online. on social media platforms they only reply after resolving whatever issue they had this may take days even though they claim to respond within few hours, I guess few hours to them is +24hours.
