Ferreiras Tile + Bathroom

Bought all my tiles and fittings for both bathroom renovations from Ferreiras Northriding. Will not do business with this place again. Very poor customer service. Extremely unprofessional. Unfortunately dealt with Richard Mthembu who is clueless about the concept of customer first and good business practice. I dont think it's standard business practice to say to a customer that has invested considerable time and money that a proof of payment will suffice and then turn the contractor away because the small amount of money for additional tiles needed urgently hadn't cleared in your account. I had to make another immediate payment and still you would not release the 8 additional tiles. 8 Tiles after spending 10's of thousands there. 8 Tiles that are now going to delay the contractor and inconvenience my family further.

I always receive excellent service from Ferreiras Title & Bathroom. The store has quality items which you can't find anywhere else. I recently asked a question on their 'contact us page' and received a phone call from Paul within 12 hours and it was a Public Holiday no less! Thank you Paul and Ferreiras Tile & Bathroom.

Placed various orders against quotes (our orders honored quantities we requested quote for)- got excellent prices, products were packed, wrapped and palletised ready for collection in 48hrs- thanks guys !! keep it up- NB: we understand that discounts and pricing are volume/quantity dependent.

Great selection not availible somewhere else. Just make sure they have stock. Some displays were discontinued upon wanting to place an order.

They have a lovely selection of floor tiles and bathroom fittings, the showroom is beautiful and the customer service was really good. I found the tiles I was looking for

Nice, but very exclusive, expensive range that they stock. Nobody greated or offered assistance during the 20 minutes that I spent in the shop. I was the only person in the shop.
