I am so disatisfied with the service I got. I bought earphones at the store yesterday . On my way home i just lifted it slightly to go over my head the one side broke. I went back for a exchange and could not get a exchange cos to the owners knowledge I broke it by force. The more Im telling him what I did he kept on saying the supplier will not accept it back like that. I myself work in retail and we refund people if they not happy the customer is always right. This left me utterly sad because I waisted money and I am an honest person. I will not break anything by force.I wasnt even being rude but thank you for your lovely service I do appreciate it !

I had a young gentleman with a beard who attended me the old lady and he was patient explaining very well what I could need and one of the most helpful person. An asset to that shop!

The shop has a sign contrary to the Consumer Protection Act.....no guarantee on certain products even though the goods are sealed by the manufacturer....for example no guarantee on a UPS costing R1k with no guarantee....crazy!

Staff very friendly and helpful , prices are reasonable service on point.

I'm generally scared of going to the shop. My wallet doesn't speak to me for days afterwards cos go in for one thing and exit with an arm full. Good prices and my go to shop for all my tech bits. Cedric was a great help. Knowledgeable and friendly. Keep up the good work there and give Cedric a raise.

The manager (Indian guy) an pain to deal with no Customer ethic at all, can’t speak in a gentle way to a customer with this guy running your store business you’ll surely loose lots of clients.Bought an fm/am module in January 2022 the unit completely dead no power on the unit itself as per the (so call manager) it has no warranty nor guarantee.Service sucks big time with the manager in control. Credit to Cedric the gentleman is a pro at what his doing he should be running this store instead.

I was visiting CT a couple of weeks back and went to the Montague Gardens Branch to have my speakers replaced and my car alarm replaced, I anticipated paying out a lot for four new good quality speakers and the alarm, these guys checked everything and said I only needed to replace one speaker.....they could so easily replaced four but didn't.Their friendliness, expertise and honesty really impressed me and I would have no hesitation in recommending them again.Ps...sorry about delay in rating only returned home recently.

Thank You Soundtech for an awesome experience. I had bought a headset elsewhere and could not get them to work, they still helped me and solved my problems even though I had bought the headset somewhere else. After trying various adapters too get the set to work I brought the headset in. They tested the headset and found it faulty. Needless to say I returned the faulty headset and bought a new headset through Soundtech. Good quality at a very good price.The service was excellent at Soundtech, I would definitely recommend paying them a visit. Friendly, efficient and excellent service plus very good prices.

Well stock shop with lots off gadgets and equipment for a big variety of hobbies and also professional equipment. A must shop to visit if you need anything you don't think you need. Staff are very friendly and have great knowledge about all the products they stock.
