If I could give a 0 star I would. The staff is absolutely just LAZY. When you ask if you can use a voucher then it doesn’t work, then they just shrug their shoulders and say:”sorry.” That is absolutely ridiculous and the worst service and It’s not the first time. I gave it a view times and every time its the SAME thing. They don’t explain what is wrong or NOTHING. When I asked if they have reported the problem then they just say no they don’t know. Honestly it is ridiculous after a long day you just want to get take-out and go home but there is always a problem.I won’t ever support this Steers ever again.

I have eaten at this steers for a fairly long time. BUT this time I want to complain what I didn't like I ordered a original steers burger and large chips. But the chips was so oily my throat can feel it afterwards. And the chips tasted like fish. I wanted to tell my complains to manager by calling in but phone didn't reach I have tried more than once to call. I don't discard the other time food tasted good.

Bought chicken burgers and was very disappointed..Chicken fillet was too small for the bun as a result ending up what turned out to be a sauce and salad burger..won't buy this again

Me and my Gf decided to take a 3k walk to steers the morning since they open at 9. Got to there half past 9 and they said they are still closed. Even their trading ours says from 9 on the front door. Would be nice if was accurate.

This steers is really not pleasant to make use of , the staff do not want to go even a little bit out of there way to assist you and also do not even want to do the basics to serve customers. Any request is to much effort to do and you get lame excuses like there is many unhappy customers. We are always struggling with Absa rewards vouchers. They just say your voucher is invalid every time. They should not be offering this service if they can’t fulfil the service. Also they give a free milkshake voucher that you cannot use and then force you to pay for it and extra. Never will I return even if they offer free food.

Ordered an original chicken burger. Do not know what was delivered but it was disgusting.Not at all the original burger. I couldn't even find the chicken on the burger so small the piece was. The whole burger was covered in some kind of yellow sauce.
