Best dealership I ever dealt with!! Professional, friendly, helpful, ticked every box for me!

DO NOT TRUST OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.Promised that my bakkie was not in an accident. Only to find out in the first month that it was in a major accident. They refuse to fix the issues and leaves the very expensive repairs for the buyer. Very dishonest and misleading sales personnel.Edit: due to your reply and me emailing you thereafter and getting ignored again.To the next guy who buys a vehicle from them... Just watch out. I can send you pictures of the body filler literally cracking and the vehicle chassis not aligning to the body. All this was shown to them.... Their response to fixing" all my issues was polishing the bonnet and replacing one rubber..... But apparently the vehicle was never in a accident....Just watch out...."

They were very helpfull and went the extra mileI definitely recommend them if you are looking to get a new car.

I would just like to thank Yolanda for assisting us on buying our H1 bus. From the beginning it was such an easy and effortless buy. She assisted us with veichle finance and before we knew it we collected our veichle. The Abs light came on and we notified them immediately. Once again they went out of their way to assist us. They sent their mechanic over 500km to fix the brakes without any problems. We will most definitely recommend them and use them any day again. wil never recomend stargate to anyone.i drove 130km to inspect a vehicle.the next morning james phones me telling me the vehicle is mine.where i ask him to send me details so i can do a transfer as im buying it cash.so at 12 i follow up with james and then telling me the vehicle is sold.how is that posible.the owner as i belive derick telling me sorry thats the decision he took and in the worst manner posible.this is the worst service i got buying a vehicle.beware.

If I good give 0 stars I would. I would stay away from this dealer with a 10 foot pole just considering my experienceInitially when in contact with them they are helpful and above board. But my experience with the sales lady Rina ruined quite quickly after I signed the OTP and was about to take delivery of the vehicle in question. Suddenly no response from the F&I manager. Turns out behind the scenes they only serve their own interests and don't care about you as a customer or the customer experience. An OTP means nothing to them and while I was left in the dark they sold the vehicle to someone else. The excuse he offered with cash upfront and that's more important to them. Maybe this is a good thing cause you can just imagine how bad the after service might have been. Thanks for wasting days of my life. Other buyers be aware my experience was horrible.

Buying a 2nd hand vehicle under good circumstances is a big emotional and financial decision and a laborious process. I am from Middelburg and recently searched for a reliable weekend “play” vehicle which I found online at Stargate motors, unfortunately when I enquired the vehicle a Jeep Wrangler was moved to their dealership at Paarl in the Western Cape. After discussing this with Solly within minutes he proposed that they fly me down to Cape Town and if I am interested I can buy the vehicle and take ownership or if I am not interested they fly me back, no obligations attached. Within a few days I flew down to Cape Town, the Paarl dealership picked me up at the airport and within an hour arriving at the Paarl the transaction was concluded. I made a holiday of the opportunity with my wife and travelled back home and stopped over at Vereeniging at Stargate Auto to finalise the documentation. After travelling over 1500 km’s with this vehicle it also gave me the comfort that I indeed made a very good decision in purchasing this vehicle. I will give Stargate 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for making this a very memorable and pleasant experience. As a professional myself in the service industry I understand the very importance of “Integrity” and “Respect” and I want to commend Solly specifically for representing his Company but more so Industry very well, I am now a fan.

Stay away, advertise cars that they don't even have, go to view upon approval and the Kombi we looked at has been resprayed.... James the salesman has no backbone and is skelm.... Don't trust anything this dealership says, they are dodgy and I won't wish this experience on anybody.... STAY AWAY!!!! NO INTEGRITY, just want o steal your money
