Very happy! We took our car in to mend a scratch and the paint was mixed perfectly! Looks like new! You can't tell the difference between the original and the area where the scratch was. Masterfully done! Thanks guys!

Well, my fiancee Mark Louw has been a loyal customer of Elite Panel beaters for many years. But not anymore... he went to have the paint on his door repaired as it was cracking. Paint repair done to satisfaction but when he got home he couldn't get out the car. He phoned them and was told by Alan to bring it back and they will sort it out. Please bear in mind that the door was functional before repair. He took it back and was told the open/close switch was faulty and that my fiancee needs to replace it . The more he told he Wayne (Manager??) That the switch on the door was working before it came in and the door was not sticking, the more Wayne said it was not his problem ...so please he will rather lose a loyal customer than fix the problem. Now I have a 2 problems and door that doesn't open properly and a broken switch. Wayne not the sharpest tool on the shed...

So recently had to book my Audi A3 Sedan at Elite Autobody (as my gf pranged the boot within only 2 weeks of purchasing the vehicle...) and I am quite impressed with their service and workmanship. They were quick and efficient and always kept me informed on sms and email on the progress of the work in real time with pictures too (although that did break my heart a little to see what my car had to endure with the work carried out, some things are better left unseen lol) the entire process took a week for them to complete with public holidays included and the back of my car looks brand new. Would definitely use them again if the unfortunate need arises and would really recommend them to anyone who needs to use their services, just make sure that you are insured if you do because they not necessarily cheap but then again quality does come at a more premium price and it was well worth it plus they have a workmanship guarantee to back it. Thank you for your great work and service guys!

About a week ago my wife had and accident we we took the Audi A4 to Elite Autobody. From the day we dropped off the car we were appraised with photos of each step of the repair process. On collection of the car Jay explained what repairs were undertaken and the applicable guarantees. The car was restored to its original condition and we're very happy. Will definitely recommend.

The work on my Subaru was professionally completed, on time and according to specifications. I received frequent email updates and management was always available to provide updates and answer questions.

From the time of Elite Autobody receiving my job card until completion I was kept abreast through email and telephone calls. They are very professional and thorough. From the get go, we were informed of the work that would be undertaken, and the time frame of completion. Elite Autobody exceeded my expectations, my vehicle came back in showroom condition far ahead of the promised completion time. I am very impressed.

First impressions last and I was impressed by the clean, shipshape conditions of the construction. The reception lady was very helpful and service was quick, they even had the latest issue of GQ magazine along with other publications which actually made me not want to leave. I visited this place yesterday to request a quote for my Audi rear bumber. I can't wait to see the job they will eventually do on my car. The pricing is a bit expensive compared to other panel beaters though I must say. Stay tuned for my follow up review that I'll post after the job is done.

Worst panelbeaters that I have ever worked with. Had to take my car back 3 or 4 times due to their lack of ability to match colour. Now a few months later the same panels they removed to respray just fell off. Now they refuse to send someone out to come put it on. As far as I know you need someone who knows how and a car. Its not thatbhard. Will not reccomend them to anyone.
