I have been doing bussiness with Viljoens for the past 26 years. They never disappoint. From friendly professional sales people to superb craftmanship , always on point. We have heard only good things about them to have our experience far from good. We met with the sales consultant and after meeting with her i had some more questions. She sent us a quote and told us a 50% deposit is needed to start making the ring. After responding and enquiring about engraving options, she never bothered to reply. A month later while on holiday i get 10 missed calls and a whatsapp from an unknown number which was her saying my fiances ring is ready and we can collect it? However i did not approve the quote, nore pay a deposit nore even did i recieve any response from her regarding the engraving. I then got quotes for the exact same ring from other well know jewlers which was 40% cheaper than her price she gave us, not to mention it was out of her head on the spot while meeting to do a custom quote which was weird to us as no other jewler have given us a price like this. Would strongly advise anyone to get a second opinion before using them. Very dissapointing service.
