The place has improved tremendously. Upgrades have taken place at Villas apartments.Good community spirit. Neighbours look out for one another, kids play freely and safely.Nice place if you have a small family.Very close to public transport and other amenities.

The place is not safe to live in, for from all shops, it's in the middle of nowhere.Cars have been stollen from the complex, thieves jump the so called electric fencing and break in apartments. Cameras do not work.I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Lived here for about 6 close to 7 months. The complex itself is quiet. Situated close to shops, schools and public transport.1 bedroom bachelor flats available from R5000.00 per month rental. 2 bedroom flats available from R6000.00 per month rental and villas (houses) from R8000.00 per month rental.Parking available for tenants and visitors. No coverage for parking. No loud music or noises allowed.

Nice and secure. Security personnel are very friendly and seem to be familiar with all the tenants. generally well-maintained although the mailbox area could do with some work. Some units' mailboxes are completely non-existent

The people that stay here are very friendly, it's a quiet beautiful place to stay. And I feel very safe here.
