please answer phone sooner so you can assist .incident last week in vanguard drive carthorse abuse .I managed to calm horse but had my life threatened. There was no plate on the back of wagon .Not angry just please answer calls sooner as you guys could have been there quickly as this was about two kilos from your offices .

A wonderful team who work tirelessly to help and care for these magnificent animals. An NGO that's doing great work for the community the guys who sell fruit veg and cart steel to scrap yards there horses are being taken of free Vetenary care for there e horses and feed at half price.
