Much improved and beautiful gym. Weights section, however, is too small with too little equipment when considering the amount of people that use it - even during off-peak times.

Really happy with my gym experience. The staff is very friendly, motivating, and professional. Everything is clean and tidy. Facilities are clean, comfortable, and provides all my needs. The Kauai restaurant is a nice addition, as I go to the gym very early, and can enjoy a nice breakfast after my workout.

We love the water aerobics, but the cold water made it unpleasant end of las week. We hope it is fixed by now.

That is the worst and dangerous gym place ever. Their shower floors are slippery .I slipped slit and sustained a massive contusion on the thigh. Upto now they have not reimbursed my medical aid .Their health and safety measures are lacking....

It’s a great gym except for the fact that they keep signing up new people eventhough there isn’t enough space? I mean you can’t even do your workout because if the gym is at 100% capacity there is nothing open!? I feel like I am wasting my money because whenever I go to the gym it’s always a struggle. I understand that it’s not the employees fault too. PLEASE STOP GETTING NEW PEOPLE TO SIGN UP!!!

Lerato is always willing to assist & is always friendly and greeting us! The gym is clean & there is more than enough equipment for everyone. The friendliest ladies at Kauai & we are always looking forward to a coffee after our 5:30am workout!

I do not recommend Virgin Active.I was asked by William a cleaner to leave more than 15 minutes before the gym closes. I am paying a premium for my son and I. Cleaners should clean and not engage with patrons.
