I wouldn't recommend the dealer at all. I bought a vehicle with oil engine problems 27 Novemner 2021. I had problems from day1 and immediately took it in to be fixed. The RMI certified specialist couldnt get the problem right and the sales team started ignoring my liaison with them. Now im stuck with a less than six months old car with high repair costs all on me. Even the Ombuds man couldn't but knowing my country , we know how things work.money saves. If you are going to buy a used car from them, prepare to be overcharged , get a mechanic and spend a lot on fixing.

We recently bought a VW Jetta from Auto Investment Middelburg. We urgently needed a car and was referred to Giovanni. We live in Pretoria and being without a vehicle it was basically impossible to go out and hunt for a car. Buying a car without viewing it, made us very sceptical, but Auto Investment proved us wrong. We got the car in the exact condition that described to us. Great condition and very clean car. The car was delivered to us in Pretoria and we are amazed by the service we received. We bought a vehicle at this dealer on the 3rd of March a Ford Figo end March it over heat and switched off. Informed the dealer and was told to take it to any RMI registered repair centre. Did as told. The car was there for a month not attend to because the dealer had not given authorisation for the car to be fixed. Had to take the car for the garage because it was taking up space. Mind you the car needs to be towed. I decided to take the car back to the dealership. When we got there we found Riaan who promised to fix the car and attend to our aid. We left the car. The car was delivered to us after two weeks. We used the car for three weeks and it started overheating called Riaan to inform him but he stopped taking my calls and the garage calls that is willing to fix the car. I'm stuck with a less than six months old overheating car and no assistant

Will not recommend to buy any car at the dealership .. Bought a vehicle with 30 000km that was in a accident could not see anything at that stage and was not informed of any previous accidents. After our first service at VW they said car was in an accident and the panelbeating on the vehicle was not done by a panelbeater that was a credited with VW.After numerous emails to sales men and DP still didn't receive any feedback untill now. Very poor after service
