I’ve been so stressed trying to find someone who could fix my HP Ink Tank printer for me. My days are so busy I didn’t have time to drive across the countryside so I was hoping to find someone who could come to me and fix it onsite. I got the next best thing when my parents IT guru told me he sends all his printer repairs to Supima. My interaction with them has been amazing from start to finish, they collected first thing in the morning (free of charge) fixed it the very next day and a day later dropped it off for me, saving me so much stress. And they are so reasonably priced, I was in that “is it cheaper to replace or fix” state of mind. Fixing cost a fraction of the price. Supima team you are rockstars thank you!

Had a problem with my printer and came across the Supima team online. I can honestly say that John (the director) really went the extra mile to find a workable and affordable solution to resolve the issue with the printer. Visited Supima tech last week looking for a VGA cable and a monitor power cable. They looked through stock and John found me a used item for each. No charge, and service with a smile. I've been using Supima for many years now and they are absolutely exceptional. Their service is unparalleled and they are always very willing to help and resolve any service request or hardware fault.

My laptop wouldn't recognise the battery. I went to two separate establishments where a battery replacement didn't suffice, and I was advised that the issue was with the motherboard. BUT after collecting my laptop from Supima, it turns out the battery really was the issue! Thank you to the team for such friendly, thorough and prompt service :)

Amazing. Themba sorted out my printers power supply so quickly, he felt he could not charge me. Where on earth does this happen these days. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Why go anywhere else for your electronic repairs?
