I needed help troubleshooting my router. I called 5 times and no one ever got back to me. They have 1 technician who deals with internet connection. Highly inefficient. Wouldn’t recommend.

I am so disappointed in your service . I have been calling your customer call centre for assistance with a wi - fi query since yesterday evening. Your technical operators have no clue how to assist a customer and despite having now called 4 times I have not been able to arrange for a fault to be logged and a team to attend at my premises to rectify the problem. Certainly won’t be staying with you for this service .I would have given you a minus rating if I could !!Absolutely shocking !!!

Such a pity. This used to be great and reliable. When it works, it works well but of late it's on and off constantly. Not reliable. Their customer service/call back/basic communication is nonexistent. They tell you to log a ticket but their website doesn't even work. You call and get no answer or some generic reply.

Really bad fibre service. My line is down on speed 4mbps download instead of 20mbps. This is not the first time my speed just drops like crazy. When i phone, they say someone will get back to me tomorrow. In the mean time pay for 20mbps and get 4mbps.

Worst network host ever nothing but problems and no help at all - the network is always down and you can never get hold of them. Been the worst 2 years ever and everyone I know agrees with me .
