Worst place to bring your car, mine came back with a major gearbox problem (over 50000R repair cost), which was absolutely fine when i brought the car in. Car went back to check, apparently not their problem. when i got the car back again, the remote doesn't open drivers door, some repaired" things still not working. And the service is ridiculously bad

friendly staff horrible feedback. i am actually leaving my current insurance provider because i don't want to use them again. waited a full month after my car was towed away. just to get a petrol tank replaced. when you call in for follow ups you get lied to about the progress only to find out the wrong parts was ordered and they are just keeping you in the dark unable to give you a estimated time.

Apart from a lenghty waiting period, due to unforseen circumstances, the service and repairs were done exceotionally well. Will always recommend them to others. Well done!

Kept my vehicle hostage even though I have excess waiver . They lacked the ability to communicate with discovery. Kept me.waiting for 4 days while they figure out how to do their job properly. Useless admin.

Time is money, but the management and employees of Auto Body works does not seem to grasp this concept. We received a quotation to replace a bumper on the Isuzu bakkie quoted labour 1hour. After the appointment was made for repairs expecting to get our vehicle back the same day, the day came and went. I contacted the office to enquire on the delay as I was not made aware of any reason for delays. Long story short the vehicle was at the work shop for 3 days with nothing being done. There is no communication, no apology just excuses, rude personnel and absolutely no customer service at this business. We collected the bakkie this morning still with nothing being done. Words cannot express the bitter taste in my mouth in dealing with Auto Body Works, but I believe what comes around, goes around. I will not recommend this business to Any of my clients or even enemies.

The worst motor body repairer ever!!!!!! Took my car for painting a small scratch on the bumper. The car came back with an unclipped bumper!!!!. I had the worst experience! And their staff don't care at all!

Going on fourth week now. They told us they waiting for the bumper , now they say the bumper is damaged it is all excuses . I’m fed up and it’s very stressful not to have transport they are so selfish. They don’t think about other people . I even regret taking it there

Friebdly and competent staff. I am kept informed of the progress on the work and am very impressed with their service.

The receptionist was just so friendly and very professional. The guy from the workshop explained exactly what was going to be done and left my car to be repaired. I was told it would take 5 days. I was phoned on the fifth morning at 9am and fetched my car looking like new.

I'm very pleased and satisfied with the friendly professional service received from Auto Bodyworks for repairwork done on my vehicle. Couldn't believe it when they phoned in 4 days to inform me that my vehicle is ready as I actually expected it to be finished in approx 7 to 8 days. I got it back so clean it look like it has been in for a valet. From my experience with ABW, I will definitely recommend them.
