Do not make use of their finance house Marquis Finance. Did an insurance settlement on the vehicle, they deducted another installment, 8 emails later not a single response, statement reflects value due to me but I receive arrears notices on an overpaid account, not the first during the finance period by the way,. It appears that the company is in financial distress due to the refusal to provide the refund even though I had sent them their own statement. I am now reporting them to the NCR as well as laying theft charges. Please ensure you do not make use of this finance house they offer as an alternative!

I rented an old car from this company with a faulty battery. It stopped one full day to change the battery and yet they deducted R700 from my deposit. I don't recommend this for anyone. They gave me all the excuse they could give. These are the excuses they gave. 1st. They said parking light was on (which was not) 2. They said the mobile charger was plugged; 3rd they said I didn't have a fuel and tried to start the engine several times. Shame on them. Please review the ability of your technician who talks all these non sense.

We have always been impressed with their service. My daughter had been looking for a specific type of vehicle to suit her needs and within one day they had actually sourced and/or found the perfect vehicle for her. The whole procedure went through without a hitch.

DON'T BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!I bought a car at Auto King two months ago and I still haven't received the registration documents for my car! I've had to cancel my trip to Namibia because I can't cross the border without these documents! It's not worth the aggrevation... go elsewhere!!!

So happy that we found Autoking and managed to bag such a gem of a car. Love the car we ended up with and it even came with a self cleaning function everytime it rains. Oh yes, don't forget the free growth and fragrance package when the carpets and boot are under water, cannot not forget to take this option when getting your newish/ quality car.We are also truely grateful that from day 1 of getting the car, we were able to phone, email and report everything we love about the car to them and for them to so promptly fixing things (not at all) along with not even having to deal with any of the issues as they were not issues to begin with apparently.And who would of thought a R45k sunroof part could just be fixed with a spray of Q20, absolute geniuses! We love being able to feel the wind in our hair each and everytime we use it and gets stuck open, and wasnt even an optional extra. Plus the activities created when having to tape up plastic to the roof when we can't close it and have to secure it over night. Really do go the extra mile for you.Would love to list everything we love about the car, but unfortunately will run out of space. But, to name a few, the R45k broken sunroof, out of date and incorrect Dekra Report, control arms that are broken which was mentioned on the dekra report that you thought we would be better at replacing for you, the enormous water leak that we need to take a bucket to empty each time it rains along with the mold and fragrance of mold each time it rains, love it all and will most certainly get all of our next cars not from you as they are realy by far, out of our class range and must go elsewhere; anywhere else( scrapyard comes to mind). Very sad about that.Please do not keep it up.You owe me stars for this post I think.Ps. It really is such a pity you removed your review section on Facebook when in the beginner of this all. It makes it alot harder for us tell you how much we have enjoyed being your customers, as i am sure that everyone else may feel the same way. Not to worry i will try and see where I can leave this message in as many places as possible for you. It really is no sweat at all, as that's how much we love this car and dealing with you.

Firstly ill attempt to write a very unbiased review with a little background instead of just bashing the dealership.I financed a motorcycle a “beautiful” gsxr-750. Spoke to a very quick,helpful sales rep as quick as she was to help sell the bike she was quicker with adding unnecessary warranties … LITERALLY. “Tyre warranty” . Secondly to be quoted for “SERVICE AND DELIVERY “ and “licensing fees” which comes to a total R7250, quite and expensively “on the road fees”. Second sales rep tries to repair whatever trust ive lose and somehow im convinced to proceed.Bank process few back and forth positive side theyre always somewhat happy to answer any questions, bank approves time to take delivery of my vehicle. Arrive at the dealership start signing my soul away haha, anyways once done start to go and finally take delivery . Upon inspection, cracked and loose fairings (plastic parts on a motorbike). Definitely not something you want to see when youve just financed a 140000 bike . Besides the point to be told “i havent had the chance to throughly go through the bike myself” that sure gives me confidence hey, like why am i paying R4500 for service and delivery (should that not include a proper inspection).Fine i take the bike , and give the dealership my trust once more as i have had intentions of returning to have certain places tightened.Oh lets not forget a quarter way about a few hundred meters out of the dealership my petrol light goes on. Now in my experience its good courtesy to deliver a vehicle with at least half a tank, most dealerships that ive dealt with offer this.Again i say not a problem maybe next time just let me know that i need to top up before i prepare to leave for home.Lets not forget , on my third day of owning this beauty (it truly is) my rear brakes start to act funny and i eventually decide to check it out myself instead of dropping it off for a few days, and guess what. The whole brake reservoir was empty not a drop of brake fluid it was as if some thirsty begger jacked it all. Im not a mechanic nor do i work for any roadworthy center but im pretty sure that is not safe and definitely should not be empty. Im sure for some odd reason ill find more faults in the next 24 hours which ill update here.My overall experience on a scale of 5.Trust that theyll honor a true service and delivery 1/5Speediness to close a deal 5/5Customer service honestly a 4/5Vehicle quality ( other than few tricks they tried to pull) 4/5.Would I recommend them ? “ABSOLUTELY NOT”.Most dealers have nice quality vehicles, you choose dealers not for quality vehicles alone but the after sales support. Do they care about you , do they care about ensuring you’re happy. That is something this dealership(i generalize, sure there might be better employees )lacks. Take your chances maybe you wont need after sales support.Otherwise many other dealerships out there with much more kinder /helpful employees.

It is a rare occurrence indeed to experience exceptional service anywhere these days, but I can honestly say that I was totally blown away by the friendly and professional service I received from start to finish, while purchasing my vehicle through Auto King.Everybody in the dealership was so helpful and ready to assist with a smile, and dealing with both Krystle (sales) and Fouzia (finance) was an absolute pleasure. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

For those wanting to purchase a car here, I would NOT recommend this place at ALL.Purchased a car 3 years here ago, there was major engine issues the first week of having the car. (Of which nothing was mentioned when I asked if there were any issues prior to them getting the car.)They then took the car in to fix" stating its only "sensors"
