I went to see Sandi when I found that my energy levels were really low and was needing a bit of help with my diet. She was very attentive and found that due to the amount of exercise I was doing, I wasn't getting enough of the correct nutrition in the day. She put so much effort into putting together the best plan for me which I had never experienced before. I would highly recommend her!
