Unfortunately i was not impressed in the least by way of the service i received or lack thereof. The person behind the counter was unwelcoming, unfriendly, and downright unhelpful and rude. This was my first time going there and as first impressions go it was appalling. Customers should be treated with courtesy and respect and common decency!!!

After going to a bunch of plumbing suppliers, I can here looking for a plumbing O-ring and they have almost every size. While R30 may have seemed expensive for a piece of rubber, it saved me from replacing the whole tap. The guy behind the counter was very helpful.

Very friendly and helpful service and advice to avoid pitfalls. I would recommend them and day. Prices are reasonable but most of all available as elsewhere it wouldn't.
