There service is very bad. They close before the time they should. There is always long qeues. Senior citezens are not prioritized. Only 1 till operated. Staff members are rude. I have complained several times but no improvement. The store needs new management. There is no sense of respecting customers. The staff don't greet and they are chewing gum

Dirty with urine smell and Nyaope guys all over the place. The staff is always at the back and doesn't care much about customers.

It's convenient for basic things, but sometimes they don't have Bread at a crucial time which could be a disadvantage but otherwise it's not bad. It could be improved display wise and service wise

My experience isn't bad or good. It's something that depends on the day. But I feel that the shop is too small there are limited products as compared to other shoprite's from other areas.
