The landlord afcho does not comply with the law, like switching off electricity for late payment, and locking out the tenant for late payment. According to the law it's not allowed to cut of services because of late payment, instead they should take the tenant to the debt collectors.

The place is ok for the rent being paid BUT the noise is this place is deafening, from kids running around and screaming in corridors until very late to tenants playing loud music until the wee hours of the morning. The building manager doesn't attend to tenant's complaints. The nicest thing about this place is affordable rent and rates and unlimited wifi. I wouldn't advise anyone to rent here.

This is a nice place so affordable and the building manager is nice. The only issue is the noise from the kids playing in the corridors and some neighbours. But overall this place is amazing.. totally recommend
